Your Privacy

We at InShape are committed to protecting the privacy of both our site visitors and customers, we fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the

Internet. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you or where we have your permission to

do so. We do not store credit card  details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

 

Marketing & Communication

If you have signed up to our mailing list you will receive marketing communications from us. If you decide to opt-out of  this service simply tell us via email or click the

unsubscribe link in the email we send.

 

Payment

Payment for all items is required prior to dispatch. Orders will not be processed until funds are cleared. All orders must be paid for in UK Pounds Sterling or US Dollars

via PayPal (PayPal accept most major credit and debit cards if you don't have a PayPal account). Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits

which is the highest level commercially available. Please note that we are unable to accept payment by cheque, postal order, email, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

  

Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch all goods as quickly as possible. Once payment has cleared we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7 working days (excluding

weekends and holidays). Orders are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature upon receipt. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses caused by any

delay in the delivery of the goods.  

 

Cancellations & Returns

Should you wish to cancel your order please inform us immediately and we can arrange a return of funds. If the order has already been dispatched please do not

accept and sign for it, this will allow it to be returned to InShape without being opened. Once delivered and signed for our pads are excluded from standard returns

policy for obvious reasons of hygiene. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. It is your responsibility to check your order upon delivery for shortages or damage and

contact us within 3 working days should there be any problems whatsoever.  

 

Other

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The web site is regularly updated. Products and

prices are subject to change with out notice.
